富山湾岸FONプロジェクト開始！　　Toyama Bay Coastal Line FON Project Started !!

石川県七尾市大泊、専念寺にFONを設置していただきました！さて、コミュニティの中心地である神社仏閣FONと、富山湾岸に近い辺りに、淡々とFONを設置する、海岸FONプロジェクト、同時スタートです。
とはいうものの、まぁ、こちらはあくまでも副筋プロジェクト。のんびりいきますんで、よろしくお願いします！

GeekToyamaとか言っておきながら、いきなり石川に越境かよ！
という突っ込みが聞こえてきそうですが、まぁ、ほんの数百メートル！ドンマイ！

Otomari, Nanao-city, Ishikawa, Put FON router at SenNenJi Temple
Well, those temple and shrine are acting as center of those community, and we start project to put FON router at temple and shrine and more along Toyama Bay Coastal Line.

We mentioned Geek "Toyama", but start Toyama Bay Coastal Line project from Ishikawa-prefecture.
Well, who cares where Toyama Bay starts from?
Otomari is just cross border and only few hundred meters from Toyama-prefecture.

大泊って場所は、昔から氷見も同然（オイ）。しかも今後、能越自動車道が開通していくことを考えると、大泊で高速降りた皆さんに、七尾市街地方向じゃなくて、氷見市方向に足を向けていただく必要があるわけです。
加えて、大泊、妙にインターネットでの情報配信に熱心な村でもあります。
集落センターでパソコン講習会をして、ゆくゆくは皆でブログを使って情報発信とか。

At Otomari, it used to belong to Himi business end economic area. (Otomari is a town of Nanao, Ishikawa and Himi is a city of Toyama)
Since then Noh-Etsu ("Noh" means Noto that is north part of Noto peninsula and "Etsu" means Echigo that is old name of Toyama, NohEtsu means Inter prefecture between Noto and Toyama) Highway expand to Otomari, driver get off at Otomari Exit.
We Geek "Toyama" wants those driver to head to not to Nanao city, but should come back to Toyama.

In addition, at Otomari, those people are really keen to internet world.
In every other weekend, they have IT class at community center and express their local information by blogs.

もうちょっとマニアックな方向に話をもっていくとしたら、氷見市は富山県とはいっても能登半島の付け根に位置してまして、加賀、越中、能登で加越能という経済圏をですね……。あ、長くなるんで、これはまた、いつか。
ともあれ、Geek Friendlyな富山ですよ！皆さん！

If we get more deeper and maniac topic, Himi is a city of Toyama-prefecture, however, is located root of Noto-peninsula and create their own economic zone what we called "Ka-Etsu-Noh" gethering with Kaga, Etchu, Noto,,,,,well I can't stop talking about this topic, so I want to mention someday later.

Anyway, Toyama is really GeekFriendly town !! Come see it and check this out!!
